We will assist with your migration, typically by providing full access to your new provider. They will be able to export your website and transfer it to the new server. Contact your web consultant and ask for Cpanel access.

Make sure to let us know when you have completed your migration. Then we can be sure to close any accounts that are open with Net Elevation, and ensure that you are no longer billed.
