There are two primary ways to get tech support.
1) Login to your account (Client Login) and click the “Submit Ticket” button.
2) Reach out to your web consultant, who will create the support ticket on your behalf.
Tickets can be just about anything – update requests, random questions, login help, etc. There are no restrictions on what is a valid support ticket, so if you have a question, please ask! You can view the status of all your open tickets in your account.
