How can I get clarification about a recent charge?

The majority of your Billing History will be listed in My Account – My Orders. We also send an e-mail invoice/receipt with each charge. If you’re confused about any particular charge, just reach out to your web consultant for the details.

We are people with integrity and we will never charge you for anything without your prior knowledge and approval. Some of our services are subscription-based and so we do occasionally field questions about these plans.

I’m working on taxes. Can I see my billing history?

If you are a new client after December 2018, then all of your billing history should be contained in your account.

If you started working with us prior to December 2018, then your full billing history may not be displayed in your account. Contact your web consultant and we’ll be happy to provide an itemized billing history for any tax period.
